Department of Government Efficiency?

The Times has a front-page article today on the Musk-Ramaswamy "government efficiency" effort. Earlier accounts have emphasized eliminating programs. This article emphasizes cutting regulations -- no prizes for guessing the kinds of regulations they are likely to find most "inefficient". Still absolutely nothing about making the government more efficient by getting it to work better.
